I will not excavate, remove, damage, or otherwise alter or deface, or attempt to excavate, remove, damage, or otherwise alter or deface any archaeological resource located at the Flag Point Dinosaur Tracksite or its immediate surroundings unless such activity is pursuant to a permit issued.

I understand that pursuant to the Archaeological Resources Protection Act of 1979 (ARPA) a first violator of the act may be subject to penalties of up to $20,000 and two years in jail, and that civil penalties may be also be incurred.
